Ukrainian model Alina Baikova is listing her Greenwich Village pad for $1.37 million — slightly down from its $1.5 million asking price in May.

Baikova, who has 3.6 million followers on social media, is using her platform to speak out against Russia’s war in Ukraine. She has helped thousands of Ukrainian refugees flee the war-town country and is planning a fundraiser for Save Ukraine this September with fellow supermodel Petra Němcová who, Baikova says, helps lift her spirits to keep fighting when she feels hopeless. “We are currently looking for a restaurant to host the event,” Baikova told Gimme Shelter.

Her family is still in Ukraine. “I’m so proud to be Ukrainian and never gave up my passport,” she said. On social media, Baikova wrote: “I love my Country and my heart is broken of what’s going on in it … My life looks glamorous, but inside I’m dead.”

Baikova bought the one-bedroom, one-bath stunner, which was converted from a studio, at 250 Mercer St., between West Third and West Fourth streets, for $999,000 in 2016. That was above its $899,000 ask. (Baikova first listed it for $1.3 million in 2019.)

The co-op is in a former cast-iron factory that was built in 1890.

The sunny loft comes with 11-foot ceilings, wood floors, a wall of windows — and a wall of closets — along with a restored prewar column.

Building amenities include a rooftop deck, a courtyard, a garden, a laundry room, a bike room and storage.
