The Tower House on the Upper East Side has listed for $2.3 million, The Post has learned.

Formerly owned by Shark Tank judge and The Corcoran Group founder Barbara Corcoran, the residence fit for a “super hero’s lair” is located at 205 East 69th Street.

Laurin Sydney, former CNN host of “Showbiz Today,” and her husband, Mark Burk, are the current owners of the one-bedroom, one-bathroom duplex.

Designed like “a cottage in the sky,” the couple have lived in the home for the last 25 years, since they purchased it from Ms. Corcoran herself back in 1997.
