The Tower House on the Upper East Side has listed for $2.3 million, The Post has learned.
Formerly owned by Shark Tank judge and The Corcoran Group founder Barbara Corcoran, the residence fit for a “super hero’s lair” is located at 205 East 69th Street.
Laurin Sydney, former CNN host of “Showbiz Today,” and her husband, Mark Burk, are the current owners of the one-bedroom, one-bathroom duplex.
Designed like “a cottage in the sky,” the couple have lived in the home for the last 25 years, since they purchased it from Ms. Corcoran herself back in 1997.
Pegged as a “one-of-its-kind” penthouse, the co-op residence includes a 1,200 square feet wrap-around roof terrace.
Interior features include pre-war details, a wood-burning fireplace, 10-foot ceilings, and original cast iron windows. A custom steel spiral staircase leads to the bedroom with bird’s eye 360-degree city views.
“Perched atop the Penthouse floor, this two-story cottage in the sky boasts four exposures of magical light that makes you feel like you’ve left New York and entered a Paris dream,” the listing states.
The bathroom features an Amerec cedar sauna, a separate windowed bath with a jacuzzi and a soaking tub. Meanwhile, features of the bedroom include customized closets and a hidden television cabinet.
Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, live-in super, fitness center, laundry room and private storage.
Corcoran agent Steve Gold and his colleague Scott Hernandez with The Corcoran Group hold the listing.
